Ourclient based in Paisley is looking for a Trades Supervisor tosupport a busy Estates team.
Your new role
You will beresponsible for overseeing day-to-day building maintenance activities, managingcontractors and in-house trades staff.
Key duties include:
*Managing planned and reactive maintenance works
*Supervising maintenance teams and specialist contractors
*Monitoring health & safety and statutory compliance
*Supporting water hygiene and Legionella compliance programmes
*Managing budgets, service performance and maintenance records
*Responding to maintenance issues and operational incidents as required
What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience managing maintenance services within a large estate, facilities or property environment
*Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors
*Good knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
*Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
*Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
