Responsibilities:
-Develop, manage and review person-centred care plans and staff rotas to meet clients’ needs and aspirations.
-Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high-quality standards and address complaints and feedback promptly.
-Coordinate and implement new care packages for both privately funded and local authority clients.
-Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored support plans.
-Monitor care packages and oversee daily care documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
-Provide supervision, guidance and support to care staff and delegate responsibilities to Lead Carers.
-Respond to emergencies, arrange staff cover and provide hands-on care when required.
-Build effective relationships with clients, families, staff and other healthcare professionals.
-Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote the highest standards of safe, person-centred care.


Whilst previous healthcare experience is highly advantageous it is not essential.This is a role for someone who is confident, organised, and ready to step into a position with real responsibility and impact.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break


Salary - £14.00 per hour + company-issued mobile phone, ongoing support and professional development, an additional day of annual leave for your birthday, and performance bonuses for those who consistently excel.
