Are you an experienced Passive Fire Protection Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and hands-on installation experience?
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a lead surveying role, combining site-based surveying with coordination, client engagement, reporting and business development.
The Role* Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
* Identify defects and non-conformances against relevant regulations, standards and manufacturer requirements
* Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
* Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports
* Prepare survey information and data for costing and project pricing
* Attend site visits and build strong professional relationships with clients
* Support client engagement and identify opportunities for additional services
* Contribute to business development, advertising and tender submissions
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and industry best practice
* Investigate non-conformances and maintain accurate records
* Support colleagues and provide professional leadership within the surveying function
What We’re Looking For* Proven experience in passive fire protection surveying
* Hands-on installation experience with fire protection systems – essential
* Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards and industry requirements
* Experience preparing cost estimates, quotations and project pricing
* Business development experience, including advertising and tender submissions
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Strong organisation and time-management abilities
* Excellent attention to detail
* A strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
