People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a full-time temporary basis.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts
AM Shift
*Monday – Thursday: 06:00am – 01:30pm
*Friday: 06:00am – 12:40pm
PM Shift
*Monday – Thursday: 01:30pm – 09:30pm
*Friday: 12:40pm – 05:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently
*Preparing orders for dispatch
*Loading and unloading goods as required
*Moving stock safely around the warehouse
*Carrying out stock checks and basic documentation
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
*Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets
*Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
*Able to work effectively as part of a team
*Able to follow instructions and work safely
*Good communication skills
*A flexible and positive approach to work
Training Provided

*Ongoing development and support
