Key Responsibilities*Manage a diverse SME commercial portfolio, including New Business, Renewals and MTAs.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
*Provide clear, professional advice on cover, terms and risk placement.
*Prepare and issue documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
*Work closely with Account Executives to support client retention and growth.
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
About You*Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within SME or similar commercial lines.
*Confident handling policies such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability, Motor/Fleet and Package products.
*Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.
*Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
*Experience using Acturis essential.
