Job Details:
*Pay: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, monthly and quarterly bonus schemes
*Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (Days)
*Duration: Permanent
*Benefits: Company car, phone, laptop, travel expenses, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
Job Role: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling commercial waste services to businesses across your designated territory. You will build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, manage a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and consistently work towards exceeding sales targets. The successful Field Sales Executive will enjoy a varied field-based role with excellent earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
*Sales experience within a customer-facing environment
*Energetic, charismatic, and confident approach
*Driven, motivated, and self-starting attitude
*Tenacious and thorough working style
*Full UK Driving Licence
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
*Knowledge of the waste management or environmental services sector
*Field Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales would be advantageous
