Job Description:
Full job descriptionThe Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a specialist sales and service business with offices in Aylesbury.
The Role
As Sales Administrator the overall objective of this role is delivering a high level of customer service, continuous improvement and enhancing team performance. Day to day duties will consist of:
*Ensuring timely flow of sales processes
*Managing sales orders, engineer activities and completion through to invoicing
*Coordinating between sales, finance, and logistics teams.
*Chase outstanding items with health authority and/or internally
*Ongoing review of suitability of processes in the sales administration team
*Improve data visibility using tiles and dashboards in Business Central
*First point of contact for tasks and issues involving Finance and Operations/Stores.
*Setting up new clients on system, ensuring data captured is in line with company requirements
*Maintaining customer records as part of the CRM system where applicable
*Reports to health authorities - stock / prepaid / engineer schedules
*Assisting with the provision of reports to internal/external stakeholders
*Managing enquiries
*Managing engineer workloads and visits
Your Profile
You will be an experienced Admin / Junior Finance Professional with excellent attention to detail, strong MS Office skills and clear and concise communication skills. Previous exposure to MS Business Central would be of benefit.
Salary
Role of Sales Administrator is based in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home in Aylesbury and offering a salary of £30,000 + Benefits
