IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established business in Gillingham, Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You’ll be responsible for assembling, wrapping and packing luxury gift hampers, ensuring every order is accurately prepared and beautifully presented for dispatch.
What We Offer*£13.15 per hour.
*Monday to Friday working pattern.
*Day shifts only.
*7:30am-2:30pm.
*Immediate start available.
*Friendly and supportive working environment.
Key Duties*Assemble luxury gift hampers according to company specifications.
*Carefully wrap products and hampers to achieve a premium finish.
*Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
*Apply packaging materials, ribbons, labels and decorative finishes.
*Carry out quality checks to maintain high presentation standards.
*Ensure products are securely packaged and correctly labelled for dispatch.
*Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
*Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Good manual dexterity and careful handling of products.
*Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
*Good organisational and time-management skills.
*Previous experience in packing, warehousing, production or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.
*Pride in producing high-quality work and excellent presentation standards.
*Flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team when required.
