Full job descriptionWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated team at a mainstream College. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the college, supporting both staff and students in an administrative capacity. This is full-time role that starts ASAP and will last until at least Christmas. The pay is between £14.50 - £16.50 per hour.


Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
*Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the College
*Provide administrative support to staff, including supporting the enquiries line
*Front of house duties
*Ensure that all school procedures and policies are adhered to with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements for the college Administrator:
*Experience working in a school/college environment is beneficial
*Capacity to travel across both sites - Immingham and Scunthorpe
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Great communication skills, both written and verbal
