Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next opportunity?
We’re looking for a confident and organised conveyancing professional who can manage their own caseload independently, providing excellent client service from initial instruction right through to post-completion.
The Role* Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
* Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
* Prepare and review contracts, reports, legal documentation and correspondence
* Deal with searches, enquiries, title checks and exchange of contracts
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
* Manage completions, financial transactions and post-completion requirements
* Monitor key dates, deadlines and transaction milestones
* Provide clear, professional and timely communication to clients throughout the process
* Ensure all matters are handled in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For* Previous experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor
* Strong experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction through to post-completion
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confident using legal case-management systems and IT
* Professional, proactive and commercially aware approach
