People Solutions are currently recruiting for General Operatives to work for our client based in Appleton Thorn, Warrington.

This position would be suitable for applicants who have previously worked as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, or Manufacturing Operative.
Due to the location of the site, access to your own transport is required.
Rates of Pay:
*£12.92 - £16.45 per hour
*Pay rate dependent on experience and skills
Shift Pattern:
*Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
*Friday: 07:00 - 12:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a General Operative are:
*Loading raw materials into machines
*Assembling products
*Operating machinery
*Carrying out quality checks
*Packing stock into boxes
*Labelling boxes and ensuring correct colour coding
*Maintaining housekeeping standards
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a General Operative, you will need:
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Good dexterity and practical skills
*Computer literacy and confidence using IT systems
*A motivated and energetic approach to work
*Good communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
Training:
*Full training provided
*Ongoing support throughout your assignment
