Our client a leading global law firm are looking for an Employment Associate to join their top-tier London team.
What you’ll do:
*Lead on complex employment tribunal litigation, with advocacy opportunities.
*Advise HR leaders, GCs, and boards on strategic employee relations.
*Draft and negotiate high-value contracts, policies and exits.
*Represent high net-worth individuals and handle team moves.
*Coordinate cross-border projects for global clients.
*Handle High Court disputes on restrictive covenants and business protection.
*Provide sole employment support on major corporate transactions.
What we’re looking for:
*UK-qualified solicitor, 3 to 5 + years PQE with strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work gained in another leading City firm.
*Excellent technical skills with a commercial mindset.
*Confident communicator and trusted client advisor.
*Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to drive business development.
