Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day homeWe are working with a leading City law firm to recruit a Finance Paralegal to join its highly regarded Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a top-tier practice with excellent progression opportunities.The RoleWorking alongside Partners and lawyers across a range of Finance specialisms, responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with transaction documents and transaction bibles
*Drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documentation
*Supporting with due diligence and contract summaries
*Conducting legal and commercial research
*Document and matter management
*Supporting fee earners on transactions and ad hoc projects
*Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
About You*Minimum 6 months’ Finance Paralegal experience
*Open to experience across any area of Finance
*Law degree or undergraduate degree plus GDL
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Proactive, commercially minded and confident working in a fast-paced environment
