Full job descriptionLegal PA – Commercial Disputes
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a busy Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality PA and secretarial support to a team of fee earners, working collaboratively with the wider PA team and providing additional support across the business when required.
The role will involve:
*Providing day-to-day PA and administrative support to fee earners
*Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
*Assisting with litigation and court-related documentation
*Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and associated logistics
*Supporting client and matter administration
*Assisting with billing, expenses and time recording
*Liaising with clients, colleagues and internal support teams
*Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
*Providing additional support across the wider PA team as required
You will have:
*Previous experience as a Legal PA, PA or Executive Assistant
*Experience supporting a Dispute Resolution or Litigation team
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
*A proactive and flexible approach to supporting a busy team
