Full job descriptionReed is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer in Halifax to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis. As a result of sustained growth and success, this exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join their team. You will be at the heart of the business, coordinating sales activities, supporting customers, and helping to ensure their market-leading products continue to reach clients across the industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Prepare technical quotes and liaise with a diverse customer base across the UK and Europe, including architects and subcontractors.
*Handle sales enquiries promptly and effectively.
*Promote and understand our product offerings to enhance sales.
*Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Finance, and Design to ensure seamless operations.
*Provide exceptional customer service through both proactive and reactive phone and email communications.
*Read and interpret construction drawings as needed.
*Serve as the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team.
*Occasionally travel within the UK and Europe to meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in Internal Sales.
*Background in the construction industry is highly beneficial.
*Strong customer service skills, with a personable and professional demeanor.
*Motivated and keen to learn.
*Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
*Experience with CRM Systems, ERP, and Sage Accounting is desirable but not essential.

*Holiday Entitlement:
