£12.71 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
We are looking for a reliable and organised Shipping Clerk to join a busy fashion business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, shipping experience, and confidence using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing customer and wholesale orders.
*Creating shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices.
*Arranging carrier collections and tracking shipments.
*Liaising with couriers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
*Managing shipping records and resolving delivery issues.
*Maintaining inventory and shipment reports.
*Supporting seasonal product launches and order fulfilment.
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous shipping, logistics, or order processing experience.
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, tables, filtering, and basic PivotTables.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Computer literate with the ability to manage emails and business systems.
*Experience within fashion, retail, or apparel is advantageous.
*Knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms would be beneficial.
