The role:
The firm handles a broad range of general crime, Magistrates and Crown Court matters, alongside a significant extradition practice and a growing profile in protest-related cases. It offers Crime Solicitors an entrepreneurial environment with scope for the successful Solicitors to broaden their expertise and progress as the practice grows.
Responsibilities:
*Manage and progress an independent caseload of criminal defence matters including extradition and protests
*Provide an accessible level of qualified legal expertise within the office for colleagues and Paralegals
*Potentially take on greater leadership or management responsibilities as the practice grows
You:
*The firm is seeking an employed Crime Duty Solicitor with approximately three years’ post-qualification experience
*The role is based in the west London office, so you will live in a commutable distance from there
*You will be confident with a criminal caseload, undertake Criminal Duty Solicitor and police station work and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality advice within the office
