*Job Type: Full-time
*Location: UK-wide travel required

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a professional with strong organisational skills and technical expertise in passive fire protection, ready to lead diverse construction initiatives across various sectors.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
*Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
*Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project progression.
*Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
*Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality standards are met.
*Conduct regular site inspections UK-wide to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
*Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
*Utilise site planning, design modifications, and infrastructure layout as required.
*Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and resource utilisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in passive fire protection construction project management.
*Proficiency in project scheduling and resource planning.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
*Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
*Ability to identify potential risks early and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
*CSCS, SMSTS, and a valid Driving Licence are required.
