Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with a successful and growing business? We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Andover. Day-to-day of the role:
*Picking and packing customer orders.
*Loading and unloading deliveries.
*Receiving, checking, and booking in goods.
*Processing kitting orders.
*Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory information.
*Assisting with stock control and stock movements.
*Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and workplace organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
*Previous warehouse experience.
*Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to deadlines.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
*Knowledge of quality management systems.
*Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
*Valid Reach Truck Licence.
