About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. The successful candidate will operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to pick and pack products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
*Order picking using LLOP equipment
*Loading and unloading vehicles
*Manual handling and lifting
*General warehouse duties
*Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
*Meeting performance targets
*Upholding health and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience:
*Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting
*Proficient in operating LLOP machinery
*Familiarity with voice picking systems
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable working in cold environments and at height
Additional Requirements:
*Safety boots are essential for this role
