This is one of those positions where you’ll go in and make a difference from day one.
Business absolutely booming, out growing offices, scaling all areas, but they need an Office Manager in situ that’s going to come in, put processes in place, keep projects moving and ensure all back-office procedures are sleek.
You’ll be the focal point of all areas, think of a bird’s eye view on absolutely everything in business. That is this role. You’ll over see project coordination, team support and coordination, systems, operations and administration.
What an immense opportunity for someone to go in and lap up all the exposure, work closely with an SLT, have your voice heard, put your own stamp on things and have full autonomy.
What they’re looking for is an Office Manager who lives local, wants to be in the office full time around the team and business you’re helping to build to be even better, and someone who has direct experience in a similar role – ideal if you’ve come from a blue-collar background too!
