Job Type: Ad-Hoc / Temporary Cover
Hours: As required (12 hour shifts)

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to provide ad-hoc cover at a residential development in Reading.

You will be responsible for delivering a welcoming front-of-house service, assisting residents and visitors, managing day-to-day enquiries and supporting the smooth running of the development.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
*Greet and assist residents, visitors and contractors.
*Handle telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
*Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally, escalating when required.
*Manage keys, parcels and on-site assets securely and accurately.
*Support contractors and building access arrangements.
*Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
*Report maintenance, security, health & safety or compliance issues.
*Support general property and facilities management duties as required.
*Maintain a professional and presentable reception area.
*Work flexibly and provide additional support when required.


Essential Requirements
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
*Basic IT skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organisation.
*Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
*Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
*Ability to travel to the Reading location.


Desirable
*Previous Concierge, Reception, Front of House or Customer Service experience.
*Residential, property or corporate experience.
*Experience using property management systems.
*First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
