We’re recruiting for a Client Administrator to join a growing, forward-thinking financial planning business. Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth processing of new business.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing new business applications from start to finish
*Liaising with providers and third parties
*Handling Letters of Authority and transfer requests
*Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
*Supporting advisers with pipeline management and client servicing
*Assisting with client meeting preparation and ongoing administration
What we’re looking for:
*Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning
*Previous administration experience in a client-focused environment
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and back-office systems
