About the RolesConnect Exec is exclusively recruiting for two Ofsted Registered Manager opportunities within a children’s residential setting supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in the Berkshire region.
Role 1. Interim Registered ManagerImmediate start required.
We are looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager who can step into an interim position and provide strong leadership and oversight of the service.

• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Experience managing children’s residential services essential
• Strong Ofsted and safeguarding knowledge required
Role 2. Dual Registered ManagerA senior permanent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager looking to take on a significant leadership position within a children’s residential setting.

*Permanent position
*Berkshire
*Salary up to £120,000
*Dual Registered Manager responsibility
*Experience within children’s residential care required
*Strong Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory knowledge essential
About You
*We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
*Current or previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience
*Experience managing children’s residential homes
*Experience supporting young people with EBD / complex needs
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
*Experience leading, developing and managing staff teams
*Strong understanding of care planning, risk management and compliance
*Excellent leadership and communication skills
*Ability to drive high standards and positive outcomes for young people
