Description
*Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
*Maintaining contracts, employee records and HR documentation.
*Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
*Supporting performance management, absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
*Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
*Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.
*Overseeing HR systems, reporting and workforce data.
*Coordinating learning and development activities and staff training programmes.
Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
*Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
*Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Experience maintaining HR systems and producing management information.
*Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
*Salary between £42,000 and £52,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector.
*Based in London.
*5 Days a week on site
