This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will take ownership of the estimating function while working closely with the Directors to help secure larger and more complex projects.

This established construction company delivers turnkey projects across London and the surrounding areas, covering everything from groundworks and construction through to MEP and finishing works. With a strong pipeline and ambitious plans to grow the business significantly over the coming years, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team.

As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of pricing opportunities from initial enquiry through to submission, working from drawings and specifications while liaising directly with clients and the wider project team. You will also have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in bid management, client relationships and helping develop the company’s approach to winning larger projects.

This role would suit an experienced Estimator from a main contractor or specialist subcontractor background, particularly someone with experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or cut-and-carve projects. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, technically strong and confident communicating with clients.

The Role:

* Managing estimates from enquiry through to tender submission
* Pricing commercial fit-out, refurbishment and cut-and-carve projects
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
* Working directly with clients and supporting the wider bid process

The Person:

* Background in fit-out, refurbishment or cut-and-carve projects
* Strong ability to price from drawings and technical information
* Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
* Confident dealing directly with clients and able to work independently
