Full job descriptionOur client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Carers Assessment and Review Team (CART).


The role will last until end of January at least.


And is paid @ £34 per hour.


The role will involve the following:
*Carers’ assessments under the Care Act
*Reviews of carers’ support packages, including review of their direct payment and a financial audit of the direct payment.
*All reviews will be primarily in person
*Hybrid working
*Part-time hours considered.

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
*Experience of undertaking carers’ assessments and reviews
*Care Act knowledge and experience
*Knowledge around Direct Payments
