We’re working with a growing professional services organisation going through significant growth and acquisition activity, and they’re looking for a PMO Manager - Portfolio & Change to help develop and mature the PMO function.
This is a hands-on role for a PMO Manager who enjoys building, improving and influencing, with continuous improvement mindset, and a focus on strengthening governance and delivery.

The Role*Develop and embed PMO governance, processes and ways of working
*Improve project reporting, controls, methodologies and templates
*Own change and integration activity
*Provide guidance and coaching to project and programme teams
*Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks & issues and report to senior stakeholders
*Drive continuous improvement across the project and change environment
*Drive the adoption of new PPM tools across the project & programme teams
About You*Proven experience developing or maturing a PMO function
*Strong governance, reporting and delivery experience
*Experience working through significant organisational change; M&A experience would be advantageous
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Confident with Microsoft 365, particularly Teams and MS Project
*Jira or Planview experience (or similar tools)
*Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment
