Are you an experienced Production Technician with a background in electronics or assembly? We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Melksham, who are looking to expand their production team with skilled technicians.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book in 2026, a great team environment, and a reputation for high-quality, specialist electronic products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Assembling and manufacturing electronic products to specification
*Working with soldering irons, handheld crimp tools, and heat-shrink materials
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
*Following build procedures and adhering to health & safety standards
*Collaborating with the test team on inspections and in-process testing
*Highlighting and reporting any build issues to the Production Supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production assembly
*Confident with hand tools, soldering, and crimping
*Able to follow technical instructions and engineering drawings
*A qualification in Electronics or Engineering is advantageous but not essential
*Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
What’s On Offer:
*Salary between £27,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience)
