We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance works across a portfolio of residential properties.This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity offering consistent work, full-time hours and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance
*Hanging doors, fitting locks and carrying out basic joinery works
*Kitchen and bathroom repairs
*Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
*Completing additional basic trade works where required
*Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within occupied properties
Requirements:
*Proven carpentry experience within a maintenance environment
*Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade repairs
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Experience working within residential properties preferred
