We are seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to support an adult client’s emotional and physical well-being in their home and community settings in Liverpool. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a thorough understanding of safeguarding protocols.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide care in home and community settings for an adult client.
*Follow the individual care plan closely to ensure safety and a nurturing environment.
*Monitor and report any changes in the condition of the service user.
*Adhere to safeguarding protocols and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of 6 months care-related experience.
*Strong awareness of safeguarding principles.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with the service user, their family, and team members.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Up-to-date DBS Certificate.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Must be a car driver due to the nature of the role involving community visits.
