Location: Near Ashford, Kent (Own transport is essential)
Salary: £28,000 per annum (OTE £38,000)

Are you an energetic communicator who wants to start and grow a career in sales? We are looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join a dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is eager to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive, fast-paced environment.


The Role
You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with senior decision makers and turn opportunities into profitable sales.
Your responsibilities will include:


*Developing new customers across the UK and Europe
*Building relationships with venue managers, operations directors, procurement teams and event professionals
*Conducting customer visits and site surveys
*Demonstrating products and developing tailored solutions
*Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Managing and growing existing customer accounts
*Developing a strong sales pipeline and achieving agreed sales and margin targets
*Attending trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities
*Providing market intelligence and identifying new opportunities.
