Rate: £28.00 - £30.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Sector: Property Maintenance / Public Sector
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Maintenance Electrician to join a busy maintenance team delivering repairs and electrical maintenance across residential properties throughout Hertfordshire.This is a long-term contract opportunity offering competitive rates, full-time hours and a consistent workload.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance
*Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues
*Consumer unit, socket and lighting repairs
*Inspection, testing and remedial works
*Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
*Providing excellent customer service within occupied homes
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*Testing & Inspection qualification desirable
*Previous experience carrying out domestic maintenance work
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
