Full job descriptionAre you looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator position covering some of the most transactional markets in London?
This is an opportunity to work for one of London’s best independent agents. This business prides themselves on offering high standards and a personal service. As the longest serving agent in Wapping, they’ve been matching people with homes for over 50 years.
Responsibilities of a this position include:
*Daily management of buyers
*Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
*Generate and conduct viewings
*Negotiate offers
*Generate and win new business
*Sales progression
*Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties
What you’ll need:
*2+ years Sales negotiator experience
*Track record of winning new business
*Proven track record
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients
Package:
*£25,000 Basic salary
*Car Allowance of £300 per month
*Advanced commission for 3 months
*£55,000 OTE
