A client of mine is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6-12 months experience in finance, who is looking for a business where they can get stuck in and be hands-on with the financial processes.

Responsibilities
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for...
*Process and post customer receipts from various payment channels
*Match receipts accurately to customers, sales orders, invoices and payment plans
*Monitor upcoming and overdue collections and follow up failed payments
*Review sales and payment documentation to ensure transactions have been processed correctly
*Respond to customer and internal finance queries
*Process customer refunds and maintain associated credit notes and records

Requirements
As a Finance Administrator, you will need...
*Previous experience in a finance related role
*Strong attention to detail
*Good excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and a busy workload
