An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury retail brand in Bicester Village.
Supporting the Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique.
*Leading, coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales and service targets.
*Delivering a personalised luxury customer experience.
*Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
*Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store standards.
*Supporting team development and performance management.
About You
*Previous supervisory experience within luxury, premium, or high-end retail.
*Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Commercially aware with a results-driven approach.
*Highly organised, professional, and detail-oriented.
*Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
