Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Sector: Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance services across residential properties in the Ipswich area.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term work with a well-established contractor, offering a consistent workload and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks
*Hanging doors, fitting locks, kitchen repairs and general joinery works
*Completing basic multi-trade tasks including patch plastering, tiling and minor plumbing repairs
*Reactive and planned maintenance works
*Working within occupied and void properties
*Delivering high standards of expertise and customer service
Requirements:
*Proven experience in carpentry and property maintenance
*Ability to undertake additional multi-trade duties
*Experience working within social housing or residential maintenance environments desirable
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong customer-focused approach
