Full job descriptionMy client are a UK based leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions - primarily across the Education sector. They are going through a sustained period of growth and now have a requirement for a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly.
*Maintain clear communication with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
*Coordinate project teams, assign tasks and monitor performance.
*Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
*Manage external suppliers and monitor performance.
*Ensure projects follow legal, safety and organisational standards.
*Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and maximise project profitability through effective planning and change control.
Required Experience & Skills
*Minimum three years’ experience delivering complex Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects.
*Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
*Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
*Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement.
*Experience managing contractors and vendors.
*Proven experience leading complex AV Installations and multi-room deployments.
Desirable
*Confident decision-maker in high-pressure situations
*Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Ownership of AV standards, governance, and best practices
*Strong mentoring skills and team leadership.
Essential:
*Enhanced DBS check to be completed on successful application.
*ECS/CSCS exam to be taken if a valid card is not already held.
*Driving licence
