I am working with a well-established, international manufacturer in the South Yorkshire Area. They are looking for a Trading Colleague to join their team ASAP.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-focused all round administrator to join a well established business and team.

Main Duties include:

- Creating and issuing commercial agreements
- Replicating signed agreements onto the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and logging them on the contracts portal
- Maintaining detailed reports covering agreement and payment history
- Validating rebate claims submitted by developers, installers, and via price-offset schemes
- Arranging authorisation, invoicing, and payment of validated claims, providing clear evidence of calculations to the finance team
- Issuing termination letters to customers and internal sales teams as required
- Acting as a key point of support for the external Sales teams
- Building and maintaining strong working knowledge of the customer base and wider marketplace

What you will need:

- Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience highly advantageous)
- Confident on MS Excel
- A background in commercial administration, pricing, rebates, or contract/agreement management is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling high-value, multi-million-pound claims accurately
- A confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal teams and external customers and sales contacts
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a large and varied portfolio of live agreements
- A flexible, can-do approach, happy to support wider projects as needed
