We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Deputy Manager to join a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. As a Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
*Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team as Deputy Manager.
*Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example.
*Support all aspects of store operations, including stock and visual merchandising.
*Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Deputy Manager role makes a real impact on store performance.
About You
*Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion or accessories.
*Commercially focused with a strong track record of achieving targets.
*A confident and inspiring team leader who enjoys developing others.
