What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister:
*Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and potential clients
*Negotiating sales and progressing transactions through to completion
*Generating new business and identifying opportunities to grow market share
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
*Supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the branch
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a residential estate agent
*Strong valuation and listing experience
*A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets
*Excellent negotiation and sales skills
*High levels of customer service and communication skills
*A confident, articulate and professional approach
*Local property market knowledge would be beneficial
*A full UK driving licence and own car
