Full job descriptionProcess Operatives Wanted – BrandonStraight Forward Recruitment are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and professional team at a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Brandon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production environment and play an important role in manufacturing high-quality cosmetic products.
Shift Available*Nights: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate*£13.50 per hour
The RoleAs a Process Operative, you will be involved in the production of cosmetic products, following set recipes, procedures and quality standards to ensure every batch is manufactured safely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities*Follow detailed manufacturing recipes and production procedures
*Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
*Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
*Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process
*Identify and report any quality issues or deviations
*Follow all health, safety and company procedures
Requirements*Previous experience in manufacturing, production or a process-based environment is desirable
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
*Good reading, writing and basic numeracy skills
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*Able to work effectively as part of a team
*Reliable, punctual and committed to your role
