Axon Moore are partnering with a market-leading, high growth company based in Clitheroe who are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. As Accounts Assistant you will provide support and assist with the day-to-day financial activities, with the chance to progress and increase responsibilities within the role.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
*Timely and accurate completion of payments
*Accurate entry of payments on accounting system
*Bank reconciliations
*Completion of supplier statement reconciliations
*Accruals and prepayments
*Assist Finance Team with month and year end process
*Liaise with Senior Managers in company for authorisation of payments
*Liaise with external suppliers on invoice and payment queries
*Ad hoc duties

Required Skills and Experience:
*At least 1/2 years working in a similar role.
*Preferably studying for AAT/ACCA/CIMA
*Confident speaking to managers and external suppliers
*Conscientious and an eye for detail
*A willingness to learn and improve
*An ability to work under pressure
