The role
*Advise on wills, trusts, estate planning and succession matters
*Manage complex estates, inheritance tax and wealth preservation work
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Mentor junior lawyers and support team development
*Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
About you
*5+ years’ PQE in private client law
*Experience handling complex estates and trust matters
*Confident managing client relationships independently
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Commercially aware and proactive
*Ambitious and interested in taking on additional responsibility
