The Role:
The Training & Competence (T&C) Compliance Manager is responsible for the development, management and ongoing delivery of Training & Competence framework, ensuring authorised and regulated individuals are appropriately trained, supervised, assessed and supported to achieve and maintain the required standards of competence, knowledge, skills and professional behaviour.

*What We’re Looking For:Strong experience within Training & Competence, compliance, adviser supervision or a closely related role within an FCA-regulated financial advice or wealth management business.
*Detailed understanding of FCA Training & Competence requirements and the practical application of a T&C framework.
*Strong understanding of the UK financial advice and wealth management sector, including Consumer Duty, Conduct Rules and professional standards.
*Experience assessing the competence of financial advisers or other regulated individuals and developing trainees through a structured programme.
*Experience designing and delivering training and development interventions and assessing both technical knowledge and practical application.
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent financial services qualification.
