Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Overview
My client is looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team on a short-term assignment of approximately three weeks. Due to a significant increase in customer orders, they require additional support within the warehouse to assist with packing, loading and moving stock.
This role will involve regular heavy lifting throughout the day, so applicants must be physically fit and comfortable handling boxes weighing up to 25kg.
Key Responsibilities
*Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 25kg throughout the shift
*Assisting with the packing and preparation of customer orders
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Moving stock around the warehouse as required
*Supporting warehouse operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
*Following all health and safety procedures
*Carrying out general warehouse duties as requested
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous warehouse experience preferred
*Physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the day
*Comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 25kg repeatedly
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
*Good awareness of health and safety within a warehouse environment
