What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across accounts, tax, and business services
*Review and finalise accounts and tax computations prepared by junior staff
*Provide advisory support and build strong client relationships
*Mentor, develop, and support junior team members
*Liaise with partners on client matters and business development opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with proven practice experience
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical accounts and tax knowledge
*Excellent communication and client management skills
*Proven experience managing and developing a team
