What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
*Conducting property inspections and maintaining accurate records
*Resolving property management issues efficiently and professionally
*Managing priorities and ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timescales

*Previous experience in residential property management
*Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills
*The ability to remain calm and considered when dealing with challenges
*Confident problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
*ARLA qualification would be advantageous
*A full UK driving licence
