We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two members of the Executive Team during a temporary cover period. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion and the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
*Complex diary and email management for two senior executives.
*Coordinating global travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and visas.
*Preparing agendas, presentations, briefing packs and reports.
*Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
*Liaising with senior stakeholders and external C-suite contacts globally.
*Processing expenses in line with company policy.
*Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for the executives.
*Supporting business projects and providing general EA support as required.
*Working closely with the wider EA team and providing occasional support at UK meetings.
Skills & Experience
*Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders.
*Strong diary, email and international travel management experience.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
*Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
*Strong attention to detail and experience producing professional business documents.
