I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Ossett, Wakefield who are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team.
Salary: £30,000
Location: Wakefield
Full-time Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate export orders from receipt through to delivery.
*Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently.
*Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers.
*Arrange international shipments and monitor deliveries.
*Ensure all export documentation and procedures comply with relevant regulations.
*Manage shipping schedules and resolve any issues or delays.
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
*Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed throughout the export process.
*Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.


Key Requirements:


*Previous experience working within an export or international logistics role is essential.
*Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.
*Experience dealing with freight forwarders and international shipments.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
*A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
